Explore Wales requires a minimum of 4 people per tour for the tour to be effective. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at its own discretion. In such cases the limit of the Company's liability to the Customer is the return of any monies paid.

Change of plan

If after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to change to an alternative departure date, or wish to change to another Explore Wales tour, you may do so subject to minimum notice of 7 days prior to departure. Any later changes will incur an administration fee of £20 GBP. Date changes will depend on availability of alternative tours.

Behaviour of Passengers

The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other passengers. In such cases full cancellation charges apply and the Company shall have no further liability to that passenger.

Insurance

There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the ticket. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel. You may not be accepted as a passenger unless you have arranged satisfactory insurance. Explore Wales accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal belongings or liability for personal injury/death excluded the full extent permitted by the law.

Cancellation and Refunds

The amount of the cancellation fee will be dependent on the number of days prior to the departure date of the tour as follows (not including day of departure):-
Notice Period    Cancellation Fee
Up to 7 full days   50% of the price paid
Within 3 days    100% of the price paid

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.

If a full refund is agreed you will be paid online minus the comission fee charged by PayPal. Any queries regarding this matter should be taken up with PayPal.

Privacy Policy

All data received from customers, including bank and credit card details, and personal data such as home and email addresses will be treated in confidence. At the conclusion of any transaction with us financial information will be securely destroyed. If you have any queries with our Privacy Policy please enquire before booking.

Weather Conditions

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions, nor can any ticket be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather condition.

Changes to the Itinerary

While Explore Wales shall do everything reasonably possible to provide your tour itinerary as advertised, we reserve the right to vary, modify or cancel any itinerary, either part or wholly. If this is necessary, we will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable value, or at our discretion provide a full refund.
