Booking
A booking is accepted by us only when we have received payment.
On receipt of your payment, subject to availability a place will be reserved on the tour. A contract is only made between you and us upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us and our communication thereof to you.
Explore Wales requires a minimum of 4 people per tour for the tour to be effective. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at its own discretion. In such cases the limit of the Company's liability to the Customer is the return of any monies paid.
Change of plan
If after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to change to an alternative departure date, or wish to change to another Explore Wales tour, you may do so subject to minimum notice of 7 days prior to departure. Any later changes will incur an administration fee of £20 GBP. Date changes will depend on availability of alternative tours.

or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other passengers. In such
cases full cancellation charges apply and the Company shall have no further

strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation,
medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability

arranged satisfactory insurance. Explore Wales accept no responsibility for
the loss or damage to personal belongings or liability for personal injury/death
