

Tour Starting Dates: Aug 23 (Bank Hol).
Day 1
Collection from London early morning bound for Wales. We will don our miner’s helmet and lamp and descend into real working coalmine before lunch. We will then head to our first National Park in the Brecon Beacons. There will be an opportunity to walk the highest peak in Sourthern Britain before moving onto our accommodation in rural Wales - a bunkhouse on a working farm. Supper will be cooked for you.

Day 2
Today will be spent in the beautiful Pemrokeshire Coast National Park. We
will head onto Bosherston for magnificent views of the rugged, untouched coastline
of Pembrokshire, UK's only coastal National Park and discover a 6th century
hermit church!! For the hearty its a sea swim at Barafundle Bay (one of the
best beaches in Europe according to the Rough Guide).
We will then visit then visit the impressive castle at Pembroke and then
head to Tenby, the busiest castle enclosed town in Pembrokeshire.
You will stay here and sample the pubs of this lively town and have your supper
in one of its many restaurants/pubs.


Day 3
Todaywe will spend the day in Cardiff. First stop will be at St Fagan museum of welsh life - An outdoor museum spanning the last 3000 years. We will then head into vibrant and cosmopolitan Cardiff Waterfornt down the bay before the fully restored Cardiff Castle. We will aim to be back in the big smoke of London by 7pm.

Price for this trip is £180– included is accommodation, transfers (pick-up and drop-off from London), drinks, snacks, breakfasts and lunches.
